1. Our commitment

We want every visitor — including maintenance technicians reading this on a phone in a noisy plant — to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and we treat accessibility defects as bugs, not as enhancement requests.

2. What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with one main heading per page and a logical heading order
• A "skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page
• Visible focus outlines on all interactive elements, and full keyboard operation of the menu, accordions, cookie banner and forms
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text, headings and buttons
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such
• Form labels tied to their inputs, with errors reported in text rather than by colour alone
• Reduced-motion support: animations and smooth scrolling are disabled automatically when your operating system requests reduced motion
• Responsive layout that reflows to 320 px width without horizontal scrolling
• Text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function

3. Known limitations

• The embedded OpenStreetMap frame on the contact page is a third-party component whose keyboard behaviour we do not control. The full address, telephone number and directions are provided in text next to it so no information is available only through the map.
• Some PDF documents shared during projects originate from equipment manufacturers and may not be tagged for screen readers. We will supply an accessible alternative on request.

4. Compatibility

The site is tested with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and with the VoiceOver and NVDA screen readers. It does not rely on JavaScript for any content: with scripts disabled, every page and all contact details remain readable.

5. Feedback

We respond within five business days and will provide the information you needed in an alternative format — large print, plain-text email or a phone call — while we fix the underlying issue.

6. Assessment approach

This statement is based on internal review by our own team using automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. It was last reviewed on March 4, 2026. We re-test after any significant change to the site.
