Drawings, I/O schedules, commented source and operator procedures ship with the project, not after chasing.
Test off-line first
Logic is simulated and reviewed before commissioning. Production is not a debugging environment.
Your team owns it after
Training is included, and we would rather your technicians solve the next fault without calling us.
The engagement
Stage by stage
Discovery call — day 0
Twenty minutes. We ask which machine hurts, how often it stops, what has already been attempted and who owns maintenance. You receive a written summary the same day, including an honest note if we are not the right firm for the job.
Site assessment — week 1
Half a day to a full day on the floor. We photograph panels, collect existing drawings, export fault histories and interview operators on two shifts where possible. Deliverable: findings memo with quantified loss estimates.
Fixed-scope proposal — week 2
Deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, milestone dates, price and acceptance criteria. Alternatives are priced separately so you can choose the phase-one that fits the budget.
Detailed design — weeks 2–5
Electrical drawings, panel BOM, network topology, tag naming standard and HMI wireframes issued for your review. Nothing is ordered until you sign the design set.
Build & factory acceptance — weeks 4–10
Panels built by our UL 508A partner shops, logic developed and simulated, screens reviewed with operators. FAT executed against a written test script you keep.
Commissioning — planned window
Start-up scheduled around production, including nights and weekends. Site acceptance signed line by line. Operators trained on the machine, not in a meeting room.
Stabilisation & handover — 30 days
We stay reachable for a month at no extra charge, then hand over as-built drawings, commented source, backups and procedures. Optional retainer starts after.
